Beam processes the prompts, files, and outputs you create within your workspace, along with account and usage metadata needed to provide the service.

Customer content stays isolated within your workspace and is never sold or shared with third parties.

How we use data

Content is used only to deliver the features you invoke: answering chats, running agents and workflows, and connecting the integrations you enable.

Beam never uses customer data to train or fine-tune any AI models.

Security and hosting

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest by our hosting providers; stored integration credentials carry an extra layer of application-level encryption. The managed service is hosted in the United States, with a self-hosted option that keeps everything on your own infrastructure.

Beam is built to support your GDPR obligations: you control your data, can export or delete it, and we sign a data processing addendum on request.

Your rights

Workspace admins control retention, permissions, and access. You can request export or deletion of your data at any time, and it is removed per documented procedures.
